Things I loved in March

I was lucky enough to get a Tassimo coffee machine from Dan for Christmas last year and it has to be one of my all time favourite presents. It makes a wicked cup of coffee, plus the hot chocolates are delicious!! It's the perfect way to start the day.

Last month I decided to sort out my skin care. I've always struggled with my skin and stuck with the same Simple skin care products. But the other month I decided to start experimenting with other brands. Soap and Glory Cleanser was something that I had heard good things about and it didn't disappoint. My skin has been amazing since using this (along with a few other things) and this will definitely be one that will be staying in my skin care routine.

If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen I made the most delicious chocolate mousse's. But these were just an old chocolate mousses, these were chocolate mousses with honeycomb and frozen berries. To say these were delicious is an understatement. They took about 15 minutes to make and about 30 minutes in the fridge to set. They were so popular that I am going to make them again this weekend so stay tuned and I'll make a little blog post about them for you to see!

At the end of last month I decided to do something I had been wanting to do for ages and give Aimee Dot a makeover. When I first created Aimee Dot I was really pleased with how my layout and design was, but gradually over time and the more time I have spent on my blog I wanted to change it. My lovely and very talented other half set to work on my vision and I have to say he did an incredible job (don't tell him I said that....his head is big enough as it is!)

What do you think of the make over?

Now last month there was a lot of opinions about the 'No Make Up Selfie' that was going round. I'm not going to go into this too much as I know everyone has their own opinion but all I am going to say is this 'craze' raised over £8million in just 6 days......incredible!! Lots of my beautiful family and friends took part and donated and I couldn't be prouder of all the woman that took the slap off and donated to a brilliant cause. Well done ladies!
