Weight Watchers Chocolate Berry Mousses with Honeycomb


If you saw my post about the 'Things I loved in March' you may have seen the Chocolate Berry mousses that I made from March's Weight Watchers magazine. To say they were delicious is an understatement! So I decided to share this recipe with you so that you lovely lot can make them yourselves.

Ingredients (makes 2):

100g Frozen Berries
40g dark chocolate
1 egg white
1 tsp caster sugar
1/2 of a 40g Crunchie bar


Start off by placing the fruit at the bottom dishes you are using. I used latte glasses as I thought they looked really cute sat in these.


Then melt the chocolate over a pan of boiling water or in the microwave.



Add in the Quark to the chocolate and mix together. 


Now Dan isn't a fan of frozen berries so I popped a few pieces of honeycomb at the bottom of his glass instead.


Next you will need to whisk one egg white in a separate bowl until stiff, then add the caster sugar and whisk again until stiff. Then slowly fold in the egg white into the chocolate mixture.


Add half of the honeycomb into the chocolate.


Pour the chocolate into the glasses evenly. Then using the remaining honeycomb, sprinkle over the mousses and place into the fridge to set. 


Now enjoy. Let me know if you have a go at making these!
