Delicious Slimming World Brownies only 1/2 a syn!

I have the biggest sweet tooth and with the Great British Bake Off gracing our screens again I've been craving cake. So I decided to put my pinny back on and get in the kitchen and see whether these Slimming World Brownies are worth the hype.

You will need the following which makes 25
6 separated eggs
70g sweetener
60g cocoa powder
1tsp vanilla essence
Fry Light

Start out by separating the eggs into two bowls. Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. 

Then mix together the egg yolks, sweetener, vanilla and cocoa powder. This can become a little dry, if it does then just add a tale spoon of water.

Slowly add the egg whites and fold into the chocolate mixture until it is all combined. 

I used a muffin tin to create individual brownies which I found worked really well but if you want to you can just use a normal rectangle cake tin.

Place the brownies in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cooked. Now the recipe online says 30 minutes but mine took about 10!

Once they are cooked take them out and let them cool or alternatively you could serve warm with some ice cream or like I have done add 1 teaspoon of Choc Shot (1/2 syn per teaspoon) and strawberries. Can you believe this plate of chocolatey goodness is only 1 and a half syns!!
